2025/2026 School Year:

September 3rd - July 30th

Eligibility

All children must be at least 2 and a half years old (30 months) and no older than 6.

Tuition

  • 2 days a week (3 and under only): $660

  • 3 days a week (3 and under only): $960

  • 4 days a week: $1,275

  • 5 days a week: $1,575

Application Fee - $50 (non-refundable). The application fee can be paid online or by mailing a check.

Once enrolled, families submit a tuition payment agreement form from within the Family Portal and can arrange automatic payments via bank account (preferred) or credit card.

If it is necessary to withdraw your child from the program, we require 30 days written notice. Without 30 days written notice, you will be billed a month’s full tuition to help us cover our costs from the gap in enrollment.

A small cost-of-living increase will be added to tuition each school year in order to be equitable to our staff.

Financial Aid

As a non-profit organization we do our best to keep our rates affordable while still supporting our employees’ wellbeing and professional development. However, if you are experiencing financial hardship, financial aid is available but limited; please complete a tuition assistance form at the time of application or if your circumstances have changed.

If any of the application procedures present difficulties for your family, please bring your concerns to our attention and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Enrollment

Students that apply will either be offered a placement or placed on the waitlist. TCS uses the following criteria for additional priority factors:

  • Current students (currently enrolled students and their siblings)

  • Siblings (children with siblings who will be attending TCS at the same time)

  • Child’s age (older children over younger children within each class unless stated otherwise)

A child will be offered a spot in the program or the waitlist based on the above criteria and available space. 

Admitted students will need to submit completed enrollment forms before they can begin, including Provide proof of up-to-date immunizations (required annually). All documents and instructions are available in the Family Portal which you will be given access to once you accept an offer of admissions.

Waitlist

We do not maintain waitlists for future school years but we will maintain one for the current year should openings occur after we are full. To be added to the waitlist, you must complete the application process. We will refund your application fee if we are unable to offer your child a spot before May 1st of the current school year (unless you wish to stay on the list for the next school year).
