JOAN DAVIS, TEACHING ASSISTANT & LUNCH BUNCH Teacher Joan is what’s called a “Swallow” in TCS parlance – she swoops down and performs needed tasks. She not only instituted our recycling program, but she helps with the monthly newsletter and is the church liaison for the school. Joan works LB so you’ll often find her reminding children to wash their hands before eating, popping open difficult food containers, and urging them to eat all their lunches. She has worked in “preschool land” for ten+ years. Her love of children, and nature to observe more than tell makes her especially effective in the classroom.
